If you follow <a href="http://www.howtoforge.com/virtual-users-domains-postfix-courier-mysql-squirrelmail-ubuntu8.10" rel="nofollow">this tutorial</a> and <a href="http://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-set-up-a-postfix-autoresponder-with-autoresponse" rel="nofollow">then this one</a>, you shouldn't have any problems. Let me know what you find out with regard to your issue so that I can document it. Oh and to answer your previous question, I am using virtual domains.
